Content Moderation Policy

Dahlia is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and authentic community. This policy explains how we review, moderate, and enforce our Community Guidelines.
2. What Content Is Moderated
We moderate the following types of content:
- User profiles and profile photos
- Messages between users
- User reports and flags
- All user-generated content on the platform
3. Prohibited Content
The following content is prohibited:
- Harassment and bullying
- Hate speech
- Spam and commercial solicitation
- Fraud and scams
- Impersonation
- Child exploitation
- Explicit sexual content
- Violence and threats
- Illegal activities
4. Moderation Process
Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We use a combination of automated systems and manual review to identify and address violations. Priority is given to reports involving safety concerns.
5. Enforcement Actions
Depending on the severity of the violation, we may take the following actions:
- Issue a warning
- Remove offending content
- Apply temporary account restrictions
- Suspend the account
- Permanently ban the account
6. Appeals
Users may appeal moderation decisions through the app or by contacting support. Appeals are reviewed by a separate team member when possible.
7. Reporting Abuse
To report inappropriate content or behavior, use the in-app reporting feature or visit our Safety Center.
